Lean Yellow Belt Certification Training offered at a huge discount to PEO & OACETT members.

This is a three-day module based program developed with the focus on understanding the practical application of the LEAN tools and concepts through a combination of interactive & hands-on activities and classroom traiing.

COURSE MODULES (over 3 days)

  • MODULE 1: Intro to LEAN
  • MODULE 2: Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
  • MODULE 3: 5S Methodology
  • MODULE 4: Standardized Work
  • MODULE 5: Tools for Employee Engagement
  • MODULE 6: Group Presentation & Graduation


  • Registration (8:00 – 8:30 am on Wednesday, February 20)
  • Introductions & Icebreaker (8:30 onwards)
  • MODULES 1 – 6 (Wednesday to Friday, February 20 – 22)

 Who Should Attend

Those with an understanding of Lean White Belt principles who are seeking to develop knowledge, skills, and the confidence to apply the fundamental LEAN tools and thinking in supporting problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Suitable for everyone in an organization from senior leadership to front-line support staff, and especially for those who have completed white belt lean certification or equivalent knowledge.

Certificates will be issued at the end of the session; which may be used for course fee reiumbursment if your company offers training refunds.  Invoices can also be provided, upon request to Jonathan Velasco,
